Editing Claim Office Company Information

The Company Information feature allows you to view and edit the company information in a claim office profile. Editing may not be available to all users.

To edit company information

  1. Select the Configuration Dashboard, and then select the Profiles option from the Configuration panel.
  2. Select the claim office profile, and then select Edit from the mini-toolbar.
  3. Click on the Company Information link from the left panel.
  4. Enter the claim office information in the appropriate fields.
  5. Obtain a CCC Location ID by selecting the Get ID button.
  6. Select Save or Save and Close from the toolbar.
