Editing Claim Office Company Information
The Company Information feature allows you to view and edit the company information in a claim office profile. Editing may not be available to all users.
To edit company information
- Select the Configuration Dashboard, and then select the Profiles option from the Configuration panel.
- Select the claim office profile, and then select Edit from the mini-toolbar.
- Click on the Company Information link from the left panel.
- Enter the claim office information in the appropriate fields.
- Obtain a CCC Location ID by selecting the Get ID button.
- Select Save or Save and Close from the toolbar.
